Seth has 20+ years experience in helping those in emotional distress. Primarily those with mental health & addiction issues but lots of other vulnerable people too. Extensive professional experience is complimented by rigorous training in a variety of modalities. When it comes to promoting ways to ensure good mental health for all, Seth is worth listening to & the expert you want in your corner.
Seth is also an 'expert-by-experience' as he has bipolar & pernicious addiction issues - challenges that require daily self-care. Seth has benefited personally from lots of different therapeutic support & lay-help & so has successfully pivoted from vulnerable to valuable. Seth’s life-long 'search for meaning' (Viktor Frankl) has resulted in Seth knowing lots of ways to encourage us all to thrive. Seth has a talent for bringing out the best in others & is always willing to help the vulnerable, which means everyone really!
